Marshal at Gower 2025
Swimrun Gower is only able to take place thanks to the kind hearts of our volunteers. We offer them a donation to a good cause of their choice, or a transferrable race credit in return, as a thank you.
It’s always a scramble for us to find enough marshals at our busiest time, so please help by volunteering early for 2025.

Getting To Gower
Our race HQ is in Mumbles, just outside the city centre.
If using public transport, then a train to Swansea from central London can take less than three hours, and if on a tight budget then the same journey by coach can cost as little as £20.
There’s a good bus service from Swansea to Mumbles, a taxi should cost around £15 while there is now also an Uber service that covers Swansea.
Accommodation
We advise all athletes and visitors to book early as the summer is busy on the Gower Peninsula.
Race HQ and the finish zone is at Underhill Park, situated in the heart of Mumbles.
Nearby accommodation will be in high demand, so we suggest you book early.
