Do you require a spot on the coach to take you from our Race HQ to your race start?

No transport to start / finish line is required at Swimrun Bewl as Event Hub is beside main car park at Bewl Water.

8B. Athlete T-shirt

In order to reduce our event waste, you will be able to pre-order event t-shirts at £15 each for collection at the event. We will send an order link in due course.

There might be limited stock of t-shirts to purchase on event weekends and will be priced at £20 per t-shirt. There will be an additional fee for P&P if you would like a t-shirt sent rather than collected.

9. INSURANCE

We recommend athletes take insurance cover to protect themselves in circumstances where they have to withdraw due to reasons beyond their control.

We hope to be able to have our own cover in place for bookings soon.

Please confirm your position below:

As an affiliated British Swimrun race, finishers can earn British Swimrun ranking points and benefit from free public liability insurance at affiliated events.

Registration with British Swimrun is free and if we share your details with them, after registration your ID can be automatically added to your entry, with your permission.
